Our charges for nightly stay's are £98.00 based on 1/2 people per night. Because of the cost of one night stays I try to be reasonable

and fair. 

Extra guests there is a charge of £40.00 per person per night.

I Please note; were possibly convenient for on the day bookings (i.e you would like to book your stay on the same day)

please try to book before 3 p.m, you see I am a mum (not only a host) to a child who has autism and routine

is paramount (especially bedtime) Thank you in advance for your understanding.

I provide a small hamper with snack's as well as milk and bottles of  water.

If you are staying more than 1 night I provide a small breakfast hamper including snacks, water & milk.

Breakfast hamper consists of Bread (your choice) milk (your choice) eggs, tomatoes.

Also included ...

Towels.

Bedding & linen.

WIFI (super fast fiber, offering speeds up to 900MB)

Toaster. Kettle.

Tea 

Coffee

Sugar

Cooking condiments.
