Nestled in a rural location, Daphne's cottage offers peace, quiet and comfort. 

Daphne's cottage offers;

2, Bedroom's 1, Shower room & private out-door space.

Location: Peaceful, tranquil picturest village of Stretton, our 2 bedroom Self-catering cottage offers comfort, peace and quiet.

2, Bedroom cottage sleeps up to 4 guests and up to 2 pet dogs. 

 Bedroom 1; offers a double bed, and Bedroom 2 ; offers two single beds that can be pushed together to create a King-size Bed.

Shower room offering a large shower, WC , sink and under sink cabinet offering

toiletries.

Living space with two settee's that are recliners, TV , puzzles & reading books & Very good WIFI.

Fully equipped kitchen.

Outdoor private back garden space.

Outdoor front of the house private court-yard space.

Private car-parking , enough space for 2 large vehicles or 3 small vehicles.

 

 

 

Prime Location

Enjoy convenient location for beautiful country side, idea for wonderful hikes. Easy access to the A1 taking you to Stamford - Burghley house ,  Grantham - Belton house a National trust. 10 minutes drive away from Rutland water (Largest man-made lake in the UK) a popular site for, fishing, cycling, swimming, sailing & picnics.

Our charges for nightly stay's start from £80.00 pounds ... based on a minimum stay of 2 nights for 1/2 Guests.

Extra guests there is a charge of £40.00 per person per night. 

My charges based on season .. September - November £80.00 per night.

Extra guests there is a charge of £40.00 per person per  night.

December £95.00 per night.

February - April £85.00 per night, based 1/2 Guests. £40.00 for extra guests (per night)

May- August £88.00 per night, based 1/2 Guests. £40.00 for extra guests (per night)

I also charge £10.00 for dogs to stay , this is based on the duration of the stay. 

I can no longer offer one night stays due to personal circumstances. 

I do not provide cooked breakfasts but  I provide a small breakfast hamper consisting of : Eggs, jam & butter portions

 snacks, water & milk & bread (both of your choice) 1/2 weeks before your planned visit, I email information regarding

your check-in details and with offers of the above.
