Our charges for nightly stay's start from £80.00 pounds ... based on a minimum stay of 2 nights for 1/2 Guests.

Extra guests there is a charge of £40.00 per person per night. 

My charges based on season .. September - November £80.00 per night.

Extra guests there is a charge of £40.00 per person per  night.

December £95.00 per night.

February - April £85.00 per night, based 1/2 Guests. £40.00 for extra guests (per night)

May- August £88.00 per night, based 1/2 Guests. £40.00 for extra guests (per night)

I also charge £10.00 for dogs to stay , this is based on the duration of the stay. 

I can no longer offer one night stays due to personal circumstances. 

I do not provide cooked breakfasts but  I provide a small breakfast hamper consisting of : Eggs, jam & butter portions

 snacks, water & milk & bread (both of your choice) 1/2 weeks before your planned visit, I email information regarding

your check-in details and with offers of the above.
